Description

A real photo postcard of the Hershey Arms Hotel, Los Angeles, ca. 1910s. The image is taken cater corner to the Renaissance Revival structure, the first hotel on Wilshire Boulevard and situated between Westlake and Lafayette parks until it was razed in 1957, and shows much of the edifice, which was managed by Helen Mathewson and named for Mina Hershey. The unused card is slightly warped, has some very small stains and light soiling and is in good overall condition.
