Description

A real photo postcard of the Slattery store, Los Angeles, ca. 1920s. The view is taken from the adjacent sidewalk and shows the lower floor of a two-story wood frame structure including the set-back entrance and plate glass window displays of the store. A man and three children stand in the entrance looking towards their right, presumably this is the owner and his children. The street number "5310" is on a facie board above the entrance. On the reverse is "Slaterlys Store / South Park Ave / Los angeles." With pinholes at the corners, soiling and modest rubbing, the condition is good overall.
