Description
A real photo postcard of three persons at the entrance to the Villard Apartments, Los Angeles, 8 February 1912. The group stands under the projecting porch and balcony at the front of the Mission Revival style structure, identified on a message covering the entire reverse of the unused card as being at 159 W. 30th Street, now the site of John Adams Middle School, which opened in 1923. There is some fading, as well as three very small stains at the upper right and some light soiling, but the overall condition is good.
