Description
A real photo postcard of three sailors in a train backdrop studio portrait, Los Angeles, January 1920. The trio, in their uniforms with one wearing his white cap and the others holding theirs in their hands, lean on a rail designed to look like the back platform of a locomotive, and a sign reading "Los Angeles Special" is above them, while another reading "Leaving Los Angeles" and "64692" hangs from the rail. On the reverse is a pen inscription, "Los Angeles March 1920." With mounting corner residue, soiling, abrasions and warping, the overall condition is fair.
