Description
A real photo postcard, "San Gabriel Narrows," by E. B. Gray, postmarked 14 April 1908. The image shows the rushing waters of the San Gabriel River or one its forks moving between a tall sheer rock wall to the left and large voulders and treees on the right. The title and photographer's name are in white at the bottom. There is a message and address to a person in Los Angeles, the postmark is from Azusa, and there is a 2-cent stamp. With foxing, soiling, a crease or two and stains on the reverse mainly and soiling on the front left, where there blank space, as well as edge abrasion, the overall condition is fair.
