Description
A real photographic postcard, Winter home of M. Polich, Los Angeles, ca. 1910. The view shows a residence of stone and brick construction. The two story home has a flat roof and an elevated porch entrance. Some of the stone used has a decorative relief. Two men stand on the porch steps and two young girls are sitting on a bench on the front lawn. The house was built on a graded slope. The photograph has an azo postage stamp box on the reverse. It is in good condition with some acid burn on the reverse from a modern photo album adhesive and minor fading.
