Description
A real photographic postcard of Back Range, Mt. Wilson, San Gabriel Mountains, 2 January 1923. The vista view is from the top of the mountain looking down at the valley and landcape below. It appears the photographer stands at the level of the clouds hanging above. There is a partial view of pine trees in the foreground. The ink inscription on the reverse indicates the photographer spent New Years in the mountains. The postcard includes a postage stamp. With minor discoloration and warping, the object is in good condition overall with minor silvering.
