Description
A real photographic postcard, Carter's Camp, San Gabriel Mountains, 16 June 1916. A general store and wooden cabin are in view. There is writing on the awning, "Chantry / sadle and pack animals / Sierra Madre / phone / black 127." A man is sitting on the ground in front, next to a saddled donkey. The postcard includes an azo postage stamp box. There is a pencil inscription on the reverse of the unused postcard. With minor silvering on the front and overall discoloration, the object is in good condition.
