A real photograph postcard, Klingenstein's in Boyle Heights, August 1916. A view of the interior of the soda pop store and fry goods purveyor. The store also provided candy, cigarettes, cigars and ice cream. Two customers sit at the counter drinking beverages. A woman wearing glasses stands behind the counter in front of a mirrored wall. The shelves lining the walls hold YB Cigars, Owl Cigars, Welch's Grape, Carnation Malted Milk, Dr. Swett's Root Beer, Wrigley's Chewing Gum, Velvet SMoking Tobacco, Old Mill Cigarettes. The item is in good condition despite the discoloration.
