Description
A real photograph postcard of the Los Angeles Times building fire, 1 October 1910. A view of the building after the fire was extinguished, from an elevated position on the street. Smoke is in the air as the remains of the building are still smoldering. Steel beams lay on the floor and the steel skeleton of the building walls are visible. A crowd of civilians are visible in the foreground of the photograph. The event is identified on the right side by an ink inscription. There is a kruxo postage stamp box on the reverse. Despite the moderate fading and overall discoloration the object is in good condition
