Description

A real photographic postcard of a Los Angeles Railway conductor, ca. 1910s. The image shows a conductor dressed in a three-piece suit. He is always wearing a conductor hat, money changer or dispensor, and a pin that reads "Los Angeles/1856..." there is a word on the bottom of the pin but it is indiscernable. The postcard is from the Penny Pleasure Palace in Los Angeles. It is in good condition despite moderate fading and light wear overall.
