Description

A real photographic postcard of an unidentified man, taken in Rosslyn Photo Studio, Los Angeles, ca. 1920s. The full length portrait shows an unknown man. He wears a collared shirt, tie, and a buttoned up, double-breasted suit jacket with pants and polished shoes. His hairstyle is slicked back. He stands at a slight angle toward the right with his hands at his sides. Behind him is a chair and a backdrop featuring a painted on curtain with fringe and other decorative elements. The RPPC has an undivided back, four s on the corners of the postage stamp box, and the photographer's studio name and address at 447 So. Main Street in Los Angeles, California. The stamp also indicated the studio was open day and night. With minor abrasions, acid burn on the back along the top edge toward the right, it is in good condition.
