Description
A real photographic postcard of a pack of mules on a mountain trail, Sierra Madre, California, 21 March 1916. The men and over a dozen mules are carrying packs as they walk on a trail. The trail appears to have been stabilized and filled in with rocks and logs. A man is at the front, leading the mules on foot and another is riding a mule at the back of the line. The back has a stamp indicating this was bought from Roberts Camp and Trout Ponds. With moderate fading, the object is in good overall condition.
