Description
A real photographic postcard, Pacific Electric Depot, El Monte, 13 December 1907. The El Monte Pacific Electric Depot building can be seen as well as railway lines, electric poles and a street car heading to Los Angeles. On the side of the building are wooden crates stacked, a figure of a man wearing a hat can be on the platform. In the background, behind the P.E. depot is a roof and chimney of a house visible, an inscription pointing to the area reads "our farm house." With moderate fading, yellowing, soiling, acid burn and light foxing mostly visible on the back of the postcard, the object is in fair condition.
