Description
"29A Ladders In the Gorge At Switzer's," ca. 1910s. The real photo postcard shows three men on the lower section of the rough wood series of ladders descending the gorge from the old camp site above Pasadena in the San Gabriel Mountains to a spot beneath the rough granite mountainside and shaded by oaks. The caption is at the bottom of the image. The unused card has some light soiling and edge rubbing and is in good overall condition.
