Description
A real photographic postcard "View From The Bridge At Switzer's," ca. 1910s. The real photo postcard is taken from the wood footbridge crossing a creek with a low water flow and looks at the main lodge of the camp in the San Gabriel Mountains above Pasadena and its rough pole trellis extending from the left of the building. A group of persons stands near the trellis. Also of note are walls of stacked stone as well as some tree trunks. The caption is in white on a black bar at the bottom. The unused card has a few small stains, light soiling and minor edge rubbing and is in good overall condition.
