Description
A receipt from J.M. Steinart department store, El Monte, to Walter P. Temple for February 1917. Addressed to the Temple house in Monterey Park, to which they moved when oil production began at their lease in Montebello, the item lists the purchase of goods for him and his brother John and there is a note "Always goad to fill your valued orders." With folds, creases, a dogearned corner, a couple of stains and browning, the condition is good.
