A receipt from R.S. Smart (sp?) to John H. Temple, 19 November 1912. The document acknowledges receipt of $25 deposit for a "supposed purchase" of a house at 7105 Miramonte Boulevard in southwest Los Angeles. Terms were $300 cash and 30 months of payments including insurance, while a range came with the house. The full price of the house wsa $3,800. With folds, extensive creasing, minor discoloration, and pin holes, the condition is fair.
