A receipt of payment from Edwin G. Hart. 25 November 1913.
Mr. Hart received from Lee L. Grey and Emerson R. Gray a check for $369.69 as a deposit and partial payment for Lot 49 of Tract 1953 of the North Whittier Heights Subdivision. The total sale price for this lot is $3693.90 with $369.39 due in cash, $369.39 on or before 25 May 1914, $738.78 due on or before 25 November 1915, and $2216.34 due on 25 November 1918. Mr. Hart notes that this is a temporary receipt and will e replaced with a contract very soon.
There is some discoloration on the right side, brown spots in the top right, and many small tears on the bottom. This object is in good condition overall.
