Description
A Renaissance Revival house or apartment building in Los Angeles, 1925. The large two-story structure has two three-story towers at a corner and at the center of the left elevation, a large arched portico projecting from the entrance at the right, a fenced porch spanning the front and which is accessed by double sets of stairs at the front and by a single set at the left and windows with awnings. There are many evergreen trees at the left side and lawns, curved walks, palm trees and other landscape elsewhere. While large enough to be a multifamily building, there is a single family Craftsman home next door, so this could be a single family home, as well. With minor soiling, fading, and warping, the condition is good overall.
