Description
A real photo postcard of a residence on Ingraham Street, Los Angeles, postmarked 22 June 1911. The view shows the front elevation of the large Craftsman-style house in the area near Wilshire Boulevard and Wilton Place, with a rounded tower corner, attic with dormer window and porch and windows with striped awanings. There are also Romanesque-like lower walls and front landscaping walls as well. Small trees, a lawn, and a walk are among the landscaping. The message on the reverse of the postally used card is partially unreadable because of album paper residue. With a brown spot at the left of center, portions of the cancellation stamp at the upper left, some yellowing, minor soiling and some abrasion, the overall condition is good.
