A ribbon for a Chamber of Commerce opening night, Los Angeles, 10 October 1894. The item is a light blue and has the association name, event name, date, and title of "Committee of Arrangements" on it, with decorative motifs including a classic-style rope, a star-like item, and arch and others. With a pin hole, fraying, the top and bottom bent notably and other wear, the condition is fair.
