Description
A cabinet card photograph of a row of horse-drawn vehicles in front of the Southern Pacific Railroad's Arcade Depot, Los Angeles, ca. 1900s. There are nine wagons with canopies and open sides and led by two horses with the drivers posed next to the animals. Behind them is the large facade of the depot with a main entry at the center, flanked by two chimneys, and an arched opening at the right. There are no identifying marks to the photo, which has several missing portions of the matte and a tear at the bottom margin that extends a couple of inches onto the photo, but in an area showing a dirt area. The condition is fair overall.
