A sale document between Ramon Alvitre and Juan Matias Sánchez, 20 March 1863. The item, written in ink, is a corrected version of item .1 of the accession and concerns payment from the latter to the former of $40 and three horses as Alvitre's inheritance from his parents. With folds, some light soiling, a few very small stains, creases and edge rubbing, the condition is good.
