A silk fan with a celluloid handle, ca. 1870s. The fan features silk fan petals, with star-shaped sequins sewn onto the fabric and a celluloid handle. On the reverse is a zigzag stitch pattern. With moderate soiling and discoloration, it is in fair condition.
