Description
A snapshot, group lounging on the sand at the beach, Balboa, Newport Beach, 1924. Three women and two men are sitting and laying on the sand with a large umbrella propped open to the left. Three people are wearing sleeveless, wool bathing suits. One man wears a dress shirt, tie and pants holding a straw hat in his hands. Behind them is another group on the sand, shaded by a striped umbrella in the sand. The ink inscription at the top identifies the location and date. With minor discoloration and warping, the object is in good condition.
