Description
A snapshot of a group in a Maxwell automobile at Westlake Park, Los Angeles, June 1907. The three include a man at the wheel (on the right side of the front) and a man and woman in the back of the open car, which is parked at the curb of a road near the lake. Parts of palm trees are in the foreground and vague views of landscape behind the lake are also of note. The location and date are inscribed on the reverse of item .2 of the accession. With a major, but small, creased upper left corner, warping, a creased lower right corner and light soiling, the condition is good overall.
