Description
A snapshot of a hiking group at Mt. Lowe, Los Angeles, ca. 1910. The group of young men and women are grouped for the photograph at the edge of a cliff surrounded by low brush and sa few boulders. Behind them is the slope of a hill. The women are in trousers and tall riding boots. Most are wearing hats. There is acid burn on the reverse, probably from prior adhesive attachment to an album. The photograph is in good condition despite the minor warping, soiling and fading.
