Description

A snapshot of a Los Angeles bungalow, ca. 1910s. Taken from the street, the view shows the front elevation of the residence, which has long, narrow shingle siding and unusual porch posts with raised designs of what look like small bricks and what seems like joined boards at the top. The same brick design is on the chimney at right. Landscaping includes sago palm trees, grass, and walkways and there are potted plants on the walls of the short stairs leading to the entrance. The street number "928" is over the porch. With a piece of album paper on the reverse, minor soiling, a crease at the upper right, and abrasion, the overall condition is good.
