A snapshot of a man in an ostrich-pulled cart, Los Angeles Ostrich Farm, Lincoln Heights, 11 August 1924. The subject, wearing a white shirt, striped tie, hat and high boots, sits in the cart, often used for tourist photos, which is yoked to an ostrich. A pole fence, behind which are two other birds, is nearby. The date is inscribed in pencil on the reverse. With an indentation at the lower right but minor soiling, abrasions, and warping, the condition is good overall.
