Description
A snapshot of a small boy in the driver's seat of the Williams Grocery car, Azusa, ca. 1910s. The image shows the boy at the wheel while the car is parked at the side of what appears to be a Craftsman bungalow residence, presumably that of the Williams family. In the background is the unpaved street running in front of the house. At the bottom is "Louis in the Williams Store Car." Louis was born in 1912 and appears to be about four or five years old, dating the image to about 1917. With moderate browning, light soiling, abrasions, the condition is good to fair overall.
