Description
A snapshot of a trackless trolley climbing a hill, Los Angeles, ca. 1910. The trolley is attached to wires overhead by two poles used to run the trolley up the steep hill by electricity. Passengers can be seen in the trolley as well as a power line post to the left. The photograph is in fair condition with an ink inscription on the bottom, moderate warping and heavy fading with some yellowing. It was previously pasted into a photo album, minor loss at the back from delamination.
