Description
A snapshot of a young couple sitting on the sand at a beach, Santa Monica, ca. 1920s. The upper portion of the man and woman is visible. Behind them is a crowd of people walking by and lounging on the beach. The lady in the snaphsot is the same woman in photo (.3) of the acquisition. There appears to be a structure on the background or mountain but the moderate fading makes it difficult to ascertain. A penciled inscription on the reverse side states "Roller coaster" which may explain the background structure. Also, there is a stamped number located on the bottom, right side. The photo is in good condition, despite moderate fading.
