Description
A snapshot of Christmas decorations in downtown Los Angeles, ca. 1920s. The view is taken from street level and shows a Santa Claus figure on a clock mounted on the corner of a building. Garland is also hung across the street between some of the commercial structures on either side. Pedestrians, a streetlight, and portions of buildings are also of note for the photo, which is mounted on album paper, on which there is a heavily faded caption. There is minor soiling, and overall discoloration. The condition is good overall.
