A snapshot of the foundation for the St. Francis Dam during construction, Los Angeles, 1924. A view of the concrete foundation, poured in a line of the riverbed. The photograph is pasted onto a black album sheet and trimmed to the size of the photograph. There are ink inscriptions on the surface of the photograph. The item is in good condition with minor surface soiling and fading.
