Description
A snapshot of the fountain in front of Mission San Fernando, 1915. The view shows the large fountain with deteriorated plaster on the outer walls and the interior bowls, but the fountain was not operable. Behind the fountain toward the left, is a car parked in front of the mission, of which a portion is in view, including the gabled, tiled roof, and a section of the portico. A "mission bell" landmark sign is also in view towards the right. The photo is mounted on a black album page with item .3 on the obverse and has light soiling and minimal rubbing, so is in good condition.
