Description
A snapshot of the interior of the Long Beach Plunge, ca. 1900s. The view takes in much of the pool, which has several dozen swimmers in it, the lower deck, and the mezzanine, which has a slide leading into the pool. There are two swimmers at the top of the slide, but the others in the upper portion are dressed in suits and dresses as they watch those in the water below. There is a skylight out of view at the top, some hanging plants over the water, and port holes in the building's sides With minor soiling, discoloration, and abrasions, the overall condition is good.
