Description
A snapshot of two women near a star-shaped planter at Elysian Park, Los Angeles, 16 October 1904. The two, wearing light-colored full-length dresses are at the base of a gently-sloping hill, with one of them seated and the other standing. Behind them, amidst bushes and shrubs is a seven-pointed star of plant material with a succulent in the center and a circular border. The location and date are in ink on the reverse. With losses at the upper left corner, stains, soiling, warping, and abrasions, the condition is fair.
