Description
A snapshot of two women posed at the entrance to the old grapevine at Mission San Gabriel, ca. 1920s. The two astand near the wooden door and the wall of the wall surrounding the vine, which is in a patio behind them. A plaque inset in the wall claims the grapevine was planted in 1775 and was the oldest in America. With album paper residue, curvature of the paper, and light soiling, the condition is good.
