Description
A snapshot of William Henry Workman (1839-1918), ca. 1910s. Identified on the bottom with a pencil inscription is Workman's name as well as "Uncle Billy" on the top edge. He is depicted strolling through the garden of his residence. He wears a long overcoat with a bowler hat and holding something in his hand, perhaps a cigarette. He walks on a concrete path with partial view of the house behind a large tree. Workman was a son of David Workman (1797-1855). With warping and discoloration, the photograph is in good condition overall.
