Description
A snapshot photograph of the Los Angeles County Courthouse and Hall of Records, Los Angeles, 1914. The photographer stood on the street to the north and captured much of the front facade (partially covered by palm trees) of the former and that of the front and north facade of the latter. At the lower left, in the distance, are portions of other structures, including the tower of the Los Angeles Times building. On the reverse is a pencil inscription, "Los Angeles, CA 1914 / Hall of Records." With a few creases and light soiling, the condition is good.
