Description

A souvenir postcard folder from Inglewood Park Cemetery, 1920s. The item's cover shows the entrance to the burial ground, its name and, on the reverse, a scene showing parked cars and persons attending funerals. Inside are eighteen cards with scenes of the grounds; structures such as the chapel, offices, mausoleum, columbarium and flower shop; and events. On the inside cover is a short essay on the cemetery, noting its first burial was in June 1906 and that there were 30,000 interments to date. With some cover abrasions, soiling, small stains and rubbing to the cover and clean contents, the overall condition is good.
