Description
A Spanish Colonial Revival style house in Los Angeles, 1925. The large two-story structure has a tile roof, an arched front entrance with a highly ornamented plaster door surround and second floor window opening above, awnings with wrought iron supports at some windows and a courtyard accessed by a wooden gate with a tiled arch over it. Landscaping includes a lawn, palm trees, and bushes and shrubs. The photographer stood in the street and to the left of the building. With moderate fading from poor exposure, soiling, and minor warping, the condition is fair overall.
