Description
A stereoscopic photograph, "1714. Los Angeles, Cal. From The Huntington Building," Pan-American Publishing Company, ca. 1920s. The image is taken from the top of what was the Pacific Electric Building at Spring and Sixth streets and looks northward. A section of Spring is below and among the buildings in view are the Hotel Leighton, Barker Brothers and H. Raphael Company. In the distance are the lower Santa Monica Mountains and further out the San Gabriels. With moisture staining, soiling and abrasions, the overall condition is good.
