Description
A stereoscopic photograph "4340. Dining Hall of the Raymond, Pasadena, Cal. U.S.A.," by Benjamin W. Kilburn, 1887. There are a few dozen women and two men, the former all in white dresses and the latter in black suits, standing in the large dining room with tables decorated and a large chandelier hanging from the ceiling. In the back are two sets of doors with transom windows and what appear to be pieces of furniture along the walls to the side. Copyright info is on the right margin and Kilburn's cartouche is on the reverse. With some soiling, a stain or two and edge abrasion, the condition is good.
