Description
A stereoscopic photograph, "9014 — Interior Chamber of Commerce, Los Angeles, Cal., U.S.A.," by Keystone View Company, copyrighted 1898. A man is seen leaning against a massive register on a white table and appears to be reading its contents. Everywhere are exhibits of fruit, bottled products. There is a shelf with a globe on it that appears to have a banner reading "Pomona," vegetables, pickled food in jars and much else are in view. On the reverse is a printed statement about the city and its commercial prospects, as promoted avidly by the chamber. With minor soiling, and abrasions, the condition is good.
