Description
A stereoscopic photograph of a parade in front of Los Angeles Polytechnic High School, ca. 1905. The view from one side of the street (the school was at Washington and Flower) shows crowds of onlookers, some people who appear to be marchers, though others are mingled in the street, and near the school a number of white banners, as if other participants were gathered there. A large throng on the school steps and large flags hanging from the entrance might indicate the buildings was the focal point of the gathering. Some spectators are also on the roof of the three-story school building. With moderate abrasions to the matte, and very little soiling, the overall condition is good.
