Description
A stereoscopic photograph of the Santa Anita Rancho, San Gabriel, California, ca. 1880s. In view are newly planted tress and shrubbery. A roof-top is visible toward the upper right of the image, possibly one of the structures built by Baldwin. Elias J. Baldwin (1828-1909) who owned Sanita Anita Rancho by 1875. Along the edge toward the right side of the image shows begining signs of minor foxing, light fading to the print along the edge, small loss of image toward the mid-section, left image, ink stamp on the reverse side with a pencil inscription. The image is in good condition over all.
