Description

A stereoview of the Raymond Hotel in Pasadena, ca. 1890. Photograph taken and published by Kilburn Brothers, Littleton, NH. The grand hotel can be seen from the bottom of the hill. This is the first structure bearing the name and was burnt down in 1895, to be replaced by a different building. The building is several stories high with a mansard roof line at its peaks. The hill is dotted with planted trees. The image has heavy fading, minor soiling and acid burn. It is in fair to poor condition.
