A stereoscopic photograph of Theodore Roosevelt speaking at Pomona College, Claremont, 8 May 1903. The image was published by Works and Studios, Underwood and Underwood. A view of President Roosevelt addressing a large crowd on a platform set up outside a two story school building. The crowd spills out of the building and surrounds the platform. Roosevelt stands leaning forward on a rail, side profile of his face. The students gathered are dressed in cap and gowns. A quote from the speech appears below. With minor discoloration the object is in good condition.
